<p>PURPOSE:To obtain suitable cooling, by coupling the semiconductor elements used for the revolution control of running motor with thermally good conductor, connecting this to one end of the heat pipe with electric insulation, and connecting another end of the pipe to the coolant vessel. CONSTITUTION:At the terminals of the power elements 2 of a plurality controlling the number of revolution of a motor, thermally good conductor such as copper is pressed, and the both are electrically connected to the printed board 1a. Further, this is fitted to the heat pipe 4 in the control box 1 separated with the side plate 101 in the compartment lower the compartment 7. The external shell 4d of the heat pipe 4 is made of ceramic pipe, one end is taken as the heat reception plane 4b and it is connected to the wide area part 3a of the good conductor 3 by using the adhesives 3b and the heat dissipation surface of another end is connected to the lower surface of the coolant vessel 5. Further, the vessel 5 is provided with the liquid inlet 5a and the fins 5c and it is fixed to the compartment external side plate 102 with the bolt 5b. In the pipe 4 with this constitution, distilled water 4b and air 4g are sealed to cause cooling operation with the repetition of evaporation and condense.</p> |
