<p>PURPOSE:To improve productivity and efficiency of operation in production line, by correcting the sequence for treating production instructing entry numbers, and treating these entry numbers in the order of the corrected sequence. CONSTITUTION:The system of this invention comprises an input section 1 for registering production instructing entry numbers; a selecting section 2 for grouping identical and similar ones from among many entry numbers only into representative entry numbers independent from each other; a matrix forming section 3 for forming matrix of longitudinal approximity, which digitizes approximity in consideration of longitudinal relationship between possible pairs of said representative entry numbers; a section 4 for changing the sequence of entry numbers, which makes indices of entry numbers by making the sum of each line (or row) of said matrix and then putting them in the order of the maximum (or minimum) value of these indices; and an output section 5 for affording the result of the above entry number changing process.</p> |
