<p>Waffles with fillings of various kinds and similar products are produced from a pre-baked article. The under half of the waffle is dosed with the filling and an upper half of a waffle, the bottom of which has been treated already with the filling, in a previous operation, is laid on it. The pre-baked article from which a start is made, is slit by a cutter mechanism into an under half and an over half. The over h alf of a waffle is laid onto an under half which has been dosed with filling two operational steps earlier. A large output can be achieved of an improved waffle. The syrup is distributed uniformly and the crumbling away of the edges of the waffle is prevented. The appearance is improved by the show of syrup round the circumference of the product.</p> |
