<p>PURPOSE:To lessen the outflow of insulating material as much as possible by the procedure in which electric wire is passed through iron core from an electric wire insertion hole formed by making thin slip or small gap enouth to insert wire at the central part of case bottom and then an insulating material is filled into the hole and hardened. CONSTITUTION:The electric wire T is inserted into the insertion hole 6 formed by making a thin slip or small gap enouth to insert wire at the central part of the case 4 and then passed through the hole 2 of the iron core 1. In this case, the wire T is inserted into the insertion hole 6 piercingly and thus the contact between the wire T and the insertion hole 6 becomes much closer. The iron core 1 is inserted into the case 4 by being kept at an interval 10 while being supported in a plurally stepped manner, during which period the insulating material X such as silicone rubber, synthetic resin, etc., is poured into the hole. Thus, the outflow of insulating material from the insertion hole 6 for the wire T can be prevented.</p> |
