PURPOSE:To reduce the loss of power as well as the loss of heat by controlling by inductance device the driving current of the input side transistor which flows in the output side transistor in switching regualtor using winding or transformer. CONSTITUTION:The input voltage from the DC power source 8 is connected to emitter, the winding L1 and the diode D1 are connected to between the collector and output terminal 2 of the transistor TR1 to send out output voltage from collector, and the emitter of RE2 is connected to the base. And, the terminal 5 of the transoformer T2 is connected to between the collector and output terminal 2 of TR2, the diode D2 is connected to the terminal 4 of the transformer T2, and the other end of the winding L1 is connected to the terminal 6. And, a predetermined frequency of switching signal of the driving oscillator 7 is given to the base of TR2. Thus, TR1 is saturated in ON-state by increasing the emitter current of TR2 and thereby the collector and emitter voltage can be lessened and the loss of power can be prevented. |
