<p>PURPOSE:To perfectly remove air from a spacing between a piston and a cylinder or between two pistons of a disc brake by constituting the disc brake such that the spacing is communicated to a brake fluid inlet port by means of a groove formed on the piston. CONSTITUTION:A groove 3bb is formed on a swelled section 3b on an end face of a piston 3. A spacing 5 which appears when a cylinder 2 is abutted against the swelled section 3b of the piston 3 is thus communicated with a brake fluid inlet port 4 by the groove 3bb. With such constitution, negative pressure is introduced into the cylinder 2 from the brake fluid inlet port 4 for the purpose of filling of brake fluid, the cylinder 2 is abutted by the swelled section 3b of the piston 3 to thereby form a spacing 5 therebetween. Since the spacing 5 is communicated to the brake fluid inlet port 4 by means of the groove 3bb, air is perfectly removed from the inside of the cylinder to thereafter fill brake fluid therein, thus accomplishing vacuum filling easily and assuredly.</p> |
