<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to discharge an unnecessary recording paper, from which a margin is cut, from a conveyor system by providing change-over means partly for biasing a pressure roller to a drive roller and partly for displacing the roller back and forth in the conveying direction thereby to position the same. CONSTITUTION:An electrostatic recorder is equipped with a bias lever 15 which is formed with such a slot 13 as freely receives the shaft 12 of a pressure roller 11 arranged to face a drive roller 5 and which is made rotatable about a fulcrum 14. The roller 11 is so biased by a spring which is provided at one end of the lever 15 that it is brought into contact with the drive roller 5 at all times. There is also provided a change-over lever 19 which is formed with such a play hole 17 as freely receives the shaft 12 of the roller 11 and which is made rotatable about a fulcrum 18. To the lower end of the lever 19, there is connected a solenoid 20 which is operative to control the rotations and positioning of the lever 19. By the actions of the solenoid and the lever 19, a pressure roller change-over device 21 is constructed. Thus, it is possible to discharge the unecessary recording paper from the conveying passage.</p> |
