PURPOSE:To manufacture the above mentioned product, not oozing liquefied material of core material out of capsule with the passage of time and having a superior stability and heat resisting property, by adding the core material composed of the liquefied material having a specific viscosity, to silica grain bed provided in stirring apparatus attached cutter. CONSTITUTION:Core material composed of liquefied material having more than 100cp (20 deg.C) of viscosity, is added to 10-200 wt. parts of silica grain (against 100 parts of the liquefied material) having 1-100 mmu of grain diameter provided in stirring apparatus attached cutter. By the above method, microcapsule having chemical and heat resisting stability possessed by silica and form stability and mechanical strength incomparable with usual inorganic substance wall capsule adhered only powder and moreover, difficult to ooze core material, is able to obtain. |
