<p>The control system for a household appliance, such as a clothes or dish-washing machine, uses a micro-processor as the programming unit. By pressing a start or programme button, the unit is activated by current to execute the washing programme and indicate the programme in force. The unit controls the time cycles of each phase, and also measures the operating conditions to determine the water supplies and temps. are correct. There is also acoustic indication of the end of each cycle, and the microprocessor is protected from external hazards. The design allows the integrated use of micro control units which determine the washing programme and monitor the same running of the appliance.</p> |
