PURPOSE:To increase a heat insulation and sound insulation effect, by applying a foam insulation material to an overall inner surface of a unit proper molded monithically from plastic resin. CONSTITUTION:A back surface part 2 of a unit proper 1 has fan motor fitting openings 4, 4 with which a projecting fitting boss is provided in one body at around a circumference of the opening. Ribs 6, 6 rising up to the same height as a circumference wall part 3 are protrudedly fitted monolithically at the back part 2 to provide fan casings 7, 7 and a space 8 at which heat exchanger ribs 9 are projectedly fitted, and which is formed between outer circumferences of the ribs 6, 6 and the circumference wall 3 by part 3. A heat insulating layer 12 is provided at an inner surface of the unit proper 1, i, e., at the back part 2 and an inner surface of the circumference wall part means of a foam formation at site, and a L-shaped flaking- proof parts 10 located at the back part 2 are embedded. Flaking can thus be prevented. |
