<p>Dyeing of animal polyamide fibres, e.g. wool, from neutral or acid medium, using a dye contg. a reactive vinyl sulphone gp., of formula (I) Brilliant red shades are obtd., with excellent light fastness, esp. at low colour depths, e.g. fastness 4-5 at 1/3 depth and 4 at 1/12 depth, compared with fastness 1 at these colour depths for sulphorodamine wool dyes. Combinability with other reactive dyes and acid dyes is good, allowing very brilliant yellow, orange, scarlet and red shades can be obtd.</p> |
