Angle-phase AC motor reversal unit is partic. for use with automatically controlled washing machines. Safe and reliable reversal is achieved by using an electronic time switch with a control relay connected between it and the motor windings (W1, W2, W3) of the single-phase motor (WM). The motor windins are alternatley switched on the voltage terminals via a contact actuated by the time switch which is used, according to the direction of rotation of the motor, to deliver a signal directly to the winding system of the control relay. As a result, the reversal contact of the control relay takes up a position for taking current to the corresp. winding of the single-phase motor (WM). |
