Additional heat collector for open fireplace - has frame with grid and ash pit and air preheating connections

The additional heat collector is used for an open fireplace system for preheating of combustion air. This system ensures natural air circulation in residential houses and also saves energy. The heat collector upper part forms the bottom of the fire chamber. This frame has a mounting for the combustion grid and it also has a funnel-shaped connector to an ash pit at the heat collector bottom. The air connections are arranged at the end walls of the heat collector.
