Transverse filter with parallel inputs - has evaluating circuit with zones of opposite doping to which differently phased clock pulse voltages are applied

The filter has stages of an integrated, analogue CTD shift register with parallel inputs connected to evaluation circuits with zones of opposite doping to the substrate, and with two input gates and one transfer gate. The latter is near the transfer channel. The input signal is applied to the first input gate, a constant d.c. voltage is applied to the other input gate, and two clock pulse voltages are applied to the zone with opposite doping and to the transfer gate respectively. Evaluation circuits have additional zones of opposite doping, to which an additional first clock pulse voltage is applied, whose phase is shifted w.r.t. that of the first clock pulse voltage.
