<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the inner reservoir from easy breakage if the outer reservoir bottom may be broken in such a way that the bottom corners are solidified at anchors, further a flat plate shaped bridge plate fixed at its one part onto the bottom edge side is provided. CONSTITUTION:Since bottom corners of the inner reservoir 6 are fixed at the bottom part of the outer reservoir bulkhead 1 at anchors 9, even if the bottom part of the inner reservoir 6 reiterates contraction and expansion by outlet and inlet of stored liquid, there is no case of changes, further for example even if the outer reservoir bottom 2 may be somewhat changed against tha outer reservoir bulkhead 1 by congelation of soil, etc., there is no case of easy changes of the figuration, in consequence, the inner reservoir 6 does not bring forth breakage. Further, even though there may be an occurrence of condition that the outer reservoir bulkhead 1 should be compelled to be pressed down in the direction of arrow X, since a flat plate shaped bridge plate 7 fixed at one part thereof on the bottom edge 1A is gentle slopingly bent down under the weight of stored liquid, and the inner reservoir 6 is supported thereby, it can absolutely eliminate to have fears for breaking the bottom part of the inner reservoir 6 owing to stepped difference of the bottom edge 1A from the outer reservoir bottom 2.</p> |
