PURPOSE:To increase an operation speed by operating a diode matrix driving transistor in an uansaturation range. CONSTITUTION:In driver circuit L1, the base of transistor Tri1 and diode Di are connected to signal input terminal Xi via resistance Ri1, and the cathode of diode Di is grounded via resistance Ri3. The collector of the above-mentioned transistor Tri1 is grounded, its emitter is connected to the base of tansistor Tri2 and also to the emitter of Tri2 via resistance Ri2, and the emitter of this transistor Tri2 is connected to current-voltage supply terminal VEi. The collector of tansistor Tri2 is connected to the cathode of diode Di. Diode matrix L2 consists of diode Dij, resistance Rj, input line (aj), output line (bj), and output terminal Yj. |
