<p>The new pharmaceutical compositions act on gastrointestinal motor function, and are characterised in that they contain as active principle 7-[(3-chloro-6-methyl-5,5-dioxo-6,11- dihydrodibenzo[c,f][1,2]thiazepin-11-yl)amino]heptanoic acid, in racemic form or in resolved form, or one of its salts, in combination with a pharmaceutically acceptable, non-toxic, inert vehicle or excipient.</p> |
