PURPOSE:To obtain good illumination according to the purposes of application through intensity regulation by interlocking at least first lamp body with the vertical movement of the second lamp body in a lighting apparatus composed of the first lamp body provided on the ceiling side and the second lamp body vertically movable. CONSTITUTION:This lighting apparatus is composed of a first lamp body A comprising a circular fluorescent lamp 8 and a globe 7 mounted to a support spring 6 and a second lamp body having a reflector 9 with a shape allowing it to be fitted into a recess 7a of the globe 7. The lamp body is suspended with a cord wound around a reel 10 in such a manner as to be free to move vertically. The side of the reel is so provided with a gear 15 as to be meshed with gears 16 and 17 pivotted on a reel mount base 5. A regulation controls 20 and 21 are mounted to the respective shafts 18 and 19 of the gear and intensity regulation circuit blocks 4a and 4b are operated in response to individual rotation of the shafts 18 and 19 by the stretching of the reel 10 to regulate the intensity of lamps 8 and 12 of respective lamp bodies. |
