PURPOSE:To facilitate handling opening, and closing of a cover without a handle by arranging the device so that the cover is positioned in the same plane as the apparatus. CONSTITUTION:If a cover body 10 pivotally secured for rocking motion to a support 12 by a supporting shaft 11 is in a closed state and a locking lever 19 is locked by penetrating into an enagaging portion 14, a locking lever 14a will be recreased if the lower edge 14a of the engaging portion 14 is lowered upon rocking the cover 10 is a direction oppesite to the arrow a against the force of a spring 13. The released locking lever 19 to rotate is forced counter clockwise around a supportion axis 18 by the resilient forces stored in the spring 23 through a release lever 20, and at the same time is moved downward in the range of an elongated aperture 19 by the force of a spring 22. Hereupon suspension pressure force against the cover body 10 is released by oscillating inertia. In this moment, a charge lever 24 is thrusted out of a port 15. |
