PURPOSE:To eliminate risk of slipping-off of a housing from an arm by allowing a sealing material to extrude at the end face of a flange in the radial direction outward throughout the circumference. CONSTITUTION:A sealing material 21 is interposed between a bend 15 on an arm 11 and a flange on a housing 6. This sealing material 21 is allows to extrude at the end 25 of the flange in the radial direction outward throughout the circumference. This enables ocular inspection for the sealing material existing throughout the circumference between the mentioned flange 7 and bend 15 and another arm 12, so that good sealing performance is secured between the housing 6 and arm 11. Accordingly no rust is generated on the joint surfaces of the housing 6 and arm 11, which eliminates risk of slipping-off of the housing 6 from the arm 11. |
