Handle for ski stick - has pivoting strap whose ends are held above and below sleeve fitted over stick end

The handle of the ski stick consists of a sleeve (1), fitted over the stick, and a strap which can pivot around the stick. One extremity (6) of the strap has a hole (7) through which a screw (8) extends into the sieve and the top of the stick, thus also holding the sieve in place. The other extremity (16) of the strap has an opening (17) through which the stick (4) passes, a projecting part (18) fitting into the opening. The strap is held under the sleeve by a wider part (19) at the base of the sleeve.
