PURPOSE:To utilize effectively heat energy by heat exchanging the high temperature gas inside the inner cover during cooling process with the low temperature gas during the early heating process. CONSTITUTION:The gas inside the inner cover of the annealing furnace B during cooling process enters into the heat exchanger 18 through the pipe 16a and the valve 17a, then passes through the valve 17b to the gas cooler 19a, and then goes back again to the annealing furnace B through the valves 17c and 17d by the circulating fan 20a. On the other hand, the gas of the annealing furnace A during early heating process goes into the exchanger 18 from the inner cover 4 through the pipe 16b and then the valve 17e, where it is heat exchanged with the high temperature gas of the annealing furnace B, and then goes back again to the annealing furnace A through the valve 17f, the circulating fan 20b, and then the valves 17g and the 17h. Thus, the time required for each process can be shortened and energy required for heating can be greatly reduced. |
