<p>PURPOSE:Preprgs prepared by curing thermosetting resin are laminated and formed by pressing them with caul and cushioning that are thicker at the center part than at the edges, thus producing laminates sheets with high accuracy in thickness. CONSTITUTION:In the production of laminated sheets by pressing one or plural sheets of B-staged prepregs that are prepared by impregnating the base material with a thermosetting resin with cauls, cushonings, and panel boards, at least one of which is 0.1 - 1 mm thicker at the center than at the edges. When the difference in thickness is less than 0.1 mm, the effect of reducing the difference between the center and edge parts is lowered, meanwhile, exceeding 1.0 mm makes the edge part rather thicker than the center part.</p> |
