A prefinishing method for completely presetting the direction of raised fabric was described. After fabric width was controlled in expander(5) by passing through guide bar(2), and tension bar(3,4), the raised fabric was treated to raise and rub by passing through a pair of delivery rollers(6,7) and guide rollers (8,10,12,14,15), raising rollers(9,11) and sandpaper rollers(13). A position of guide roller was varied to control contacting area of the raised fabric, raising roller and sandpaper roller. Finally, raised fabric was passed through a pair of take-up press rollers and finished by expander (18).
