PURPOSE:To permit the uniform formation of deep grooves with a highly accurate pattern by spraying an etching liquor while applying a voltage by using perforated electrolytic etching liquor supply nozzles as counter electrodes when grooving processing is made on ferrite magnetic head, etc. CONSTITUTION:The nozzle 22 whose end plate 21 on the opened side provided with plural fine holes with equal intervals is provided, and the electrode 17 with the ferrite 15 to be processed is provided in parallel with the end plate 21. At least opened side end plate 21 of the nozzle 22 serves as the counter electrode 16 of a conductor, and a 3 to 1000 V voltage is continuously or intermittently applied between the nozzle end plate 21 as the positive pole and the ferrite 15 as the negative pole and 0.005 to 15 mole/1 of an electrolytic etching liquor, e.g., a phosphoric acid solution, is sprayed from the nozzle 20 in such a way that it flows continuously from the end plate 21 to the ferrite 15 for etching. |
