<p>PURPOSE:During the process for colling laminated sheets of copper-lined fiberglass- reinforced epoxy resin from the molding temperature to room temperature, the pressure of the press is reduced, thereby lowering extremely the warpage, torsion and dimensional shrinkage of the products. CONSTITUTION:In the production of laminates sheets of copper-lined fiberglass reinforced epoxy resin by pressing with heat at a temperature highger than the glass transition point of cured base sheet, the pressure of the press is reduced to 0 - 10 kg/cm<2> during the process for cooling from the molding temperature to room temperature. When the pressure exceeds 10 kg/cm<2> during the cooling, free heat shrinkage is inhibited, whereby the attainment to initial object is prohibited.</p> |
