Title compds (I; R1 = C1,-C4 alkyl, R2,R3 = H, OH, C1-C4 alkoxy, halogen, etc.) useful as anthelmintic, were prepd. by condensating O-phenylenediamine (II) (a) with alkyl-s-methylthiourea carboxylate(III) at pH 2-5, or (b) with NCNHCOOR1 at pH2-5, or treating II (c) with R1 CO2NCCl2 at-10-40≦̸C in the presence of base, (d) with bis-aryl (or alkyl)-thiomethylene-amino- formates (VI; R4 and/or R5 = C1-C4 alkyl, C3-C5 alkenyl, cycloalkyl, etc.).
