An apparatus for fishing more conveniently and safely in any type of water using any fishing method has a controller which is attached to the rotation axle containing reversal prevention ratchet, which controls cicula movement of the stopper, simultaneously connecting the operator in the handle rotation axle to the driving gear, thus preventing the fishing line from coming loose even though one's hand is taken off.
