Underground heat store using solar heat - uses second coil inside main coil as heat exchanger for hot water supply

The heating system using a solar heat collector (5) as in the main patent, uses the underground heat store (1) to heat water for general purposes, as well as room heating. Inside the heat store is a set of concentric tubes (3) forming the heat exchanger for the room heater circuit, and enclosing a core (2) which is also enclosed by a heat exchanger coil (14) for the hot water. This coil terminates in a loop (9) forming the supply and return lines, which at the top end are connected to the cold water supply (10) and hot water delivery (12) points. In an alternative design, the two sets of heat exchange coils are the same size, overlapping each other, extending over the whole region of the heat store.
