The holder has a flat comb-shaped support whose spine (2) is bent at 90 deg. to the teeth and fixed to a flat base plate (1) and whose teeth (3) extend up at right angles to the plate. The ends of the teeth are bent over at right angles to lie parallel with the plate. The ends of adjacent teeth point in opposite directions. The filter's cylindrical or prismatic resonators are mounted between adjacent teeth with their axes parallel to the teeth. Connecting wires join together the ends of the teeth on the same side of the resonators.
