PURPOSE: To minimize a tendency of executing observation of a pseudo-positive reaction by a method wherein reaction products capable of being visually detected are collected to a collection element such as a filter or the like, then they are directly observed to be compared. CONSTITUTION: A marked component including a connection product of a first immune reaction material and a colored particle and a solid component including a connection product of a second immune reaction material and a solid particle are prepared. Both of the components are mixed with each other to form a water suspension liquid to which a urine sample to be analyzed as an analysis object is included. The former material directly or indirectly connected thereto as a function of the presence of the analysis object to form a solid composite body including a coloring component capable of being filtered. The composite bodies are collected on a filter element. The existence of the coloring component in the collected composite body is directly estimated by a observation inspection so that the analysis object in the sample is determined or detected.
