PURPOSE:To produce two parts of different press working at the same time on one line by operating the first and the third presses before and after the second press at a stroke speed twice as that of the second press and working the common portions of the parts on the first and the third and the different portions on the second. CONSTITUTION:Blanks supplied to the first press P1 by a transfer device H1 are formed in the dies 1-3 at every stroke while they are transferred by a transfer device H2 on the dies from 1 to 3 in succession. Transfer of works from the press P1 to the press P2 is carried out by a device A1 and that on the press P2 is carried out by a transfer device H3. On the press P2, two works are supplied and transferred as one piece. By operating the first and the third presses at every stroke, and operating the second press P2 at stroke numbers half as that of the firsr and the third presses, the common portions of the works are worked until on the fifth die, the different portions of the works are worked on the second press P2 and the common portions are worked again on the third press P3, therefore, two parts of different working are produced at the same time on one line. |
