发明名称 PRINTED PASTE FOR THICK FILM
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To minimize the variation in the thickness of printed film by reducing the viscosity change during printing operation by using one or more of 1-dodecanol, 1- tridecanol, and 1-tetradecanol, as solvents for organic vehicles. CONSTITUTION:As solvents for organic vehicles which are to be mixed with a metal powder, a metal oxide powder, a dielectric substance powder, glass powder, or a combination of these, one or more of 10 dodecalnol, 1-tridecanol, and 1-tetradecanol are used. For example, 5 wt.% ethylcellulose of 100 cp are dissolved in 1- tridecanol, and then 45 ml of the vehicle thus prepared is mixed with a mixture of 50 g of ruthenium oxide powder of an average grain size of 1 to 2 m and 50 g of a borosilicat glass frit by means of roll mill to obtain a resistance paste. Thus, it is possible to reduce the viscosity change of paste by minimizing the evaporation of solvent, thus minimizing the variation in the thickness of printed film and raising the accuracy and yield of film.</p>
