PURPOSE:To inform a person in charge that a bankbook is running out of blank lines or pages during an entry through the operation according to the guidance display adequate for a user. CONSTITUTION:When the accordance between the contents of a ledger file and requirements of the numbers of pages and lines and the balance of a bankbook is obtained by a center system, the contents of the ledger file are updated and a text is sent to data transaction unit 11, thereby starting the print. When the page is filled, operation-guidance indicator 15 indicates the turning-over of the page and reinsertion or the depression of an attendant-calling key in case of a few remaining pages and if the proper bankbook is not reinserted during the timer operation, the ledger file is updated again including an unentered text.
