PURPOSE:To obtain the diaphragm of good elongation which makes possible deep drawing by using the fabric sheet which is woven of the wire materials comprising winding the high elasticity fiber yarns impregnated with bonding resins on metal wires of high rigidity. CONSTITUTION:The twisted yarns of high elasticity fibers, e.g., carbon fibers, glass fibers, polyamide base fibers, impregnated with 10 to 50 wt.% of epoxy base resins, polyamide base resins, phenolic base resins, etc. of good adhesiveness are spirally wound on metal wires of Al, Al alloy, boron or other of lightness in weight, good elongation and high rigidity and these wire materials are woven to a fabric sheet which is then heated and pressure-formed. This makes possible forming to any shape such as dome shape and cone shape as well as deep drawing because of its good elongation, and in addition, it is high in rigidity and when it is made to a speraker, the one of highly stable characteristics may be obtained. |
