<p>PURPOSE:To control a load limiter, by integrating a water level difference responder and a load controller in a single mechanism. CONSTITUTION:The head H and the position theta' of the load limiter are entered into a load limiter control section 6, which performs water level difference response processing and load limiting processing to generate an output to drive a load limiting motor 4. The load limiter 5 is driven by the output of the motor 4 to alter the upper limit position of a guide vane. Thus, the load controller can take preference of lower value for the upper limit of the guide vane by the load limiter and the water level difference responder, namely, can function both as the load limiter and as the water level difference responder.</p> |
