The oscillator has a first transistor whose emitter-collector path is in parallel with the base-collector path of a second transistor of opposite conduction type. The base-emitter path of the latter is in parallel with the oscillating circuit, and a resistor shunted for a.c. is between the first transistor emitter and a supply source first terminal. A third transistor (T3) follows the second (T2) and forms with it a differential amplifier. Its base is connected to the tapping of a voltage divider between the supply voltage terminals.
