The clip on towing mirror is mounted on two hinged support arms with the hinge point linked to a clamp (16) which grips over the top of the car door. The bottom end of the free arm has a suction pad (18) to grip the outside panel of the door and provide a non vibrating mounting. The two arms are braced by a curved strut (28) bolted between the arms. The mirror support arm (20) can be telescopic so its extension can be adjusted to suit the width of the trailer.
