<p>A trimming knife for the fur industry is used to perform a regular pattern of 8-16 mm wide cuts so that a densely haired fur can be stretched by 30% and the pile lies better. The knife consists of several (eight) parallel blades with an inclined cutting edge, alternately offset, and with the required width. This is used to pierce the fur so that strictly uniform cuts are produced. The results is a saving of time and a more uniform prod.</p> |
