<p>The maintenance system for powder fire extiguishers, uses a filling container (1) above which an extinguisher (8) can be swung from a connecting position to a filling position, as in the main patent. The lid (2) of the container which is hinged, can be removed from the container, and by means of an adaptor (7) can be screwed onto the extinguisher. This enables the extinguisher to be fitted to connections (6) of different sizes which are integral with the lid. A branch connection (18) for a gas supply under pressure is incorporated in the adaptor, for filling under pressure. This system includes a sleeve type filter (19) mounted on the inside of the container, with a connection to atmosphere.</p> |
