The coupling panel is formed by a piezo-ceramic plate which carries flexural elements in a matrix. A large surface electrodes are associated with the elements, being interconnected on one side by vertical conductor paths, and on the other side by horizontal conductor paths. Each flexural element has magnetically conductive members, engaging between poles of a magnetic system. The conductive members and the poles form contact points. Strips one one side of the flexural elements, and insulated from the same, form the magnetic conductors, extending beyond the elements and protruding between the poles. The magnetic members may surround a strip of the flexural element between the magnetic poles. The elements are typically formed by two separate ceramic plates with an intermediate control electrode.
