A flip-flop cct.(FA)(I) was inserted between converter cct. and ACL cct. to maintain a fixed state (set or reset) of the table calculator to ensure instantaneous operation when the power is switched "ON", and the output pulse of I was used as an autoclear signal by resetting (or setting) I using the operator key. In the charge-discharge cct., the gate capacitance and the p-n junction of the MOS transistor was used as a condenser(c) and a discharge diode, resp. Thus, the autoclear device could be fabricated in LSI.
