PURPOSE:To obtain an excellent film which can be removed from a glass mold extremely easily, is optically homogeneous and has excellent mar resistance by providing a uniform film comprising a specified hydrolyzed and condensed product of an organosilicone compound on a specified urethane resin. CONSTITUTION:A film comprising a hydrolyzed and condensed product of an organosilicone compound having at least one functional group selected from epoxy, amino, mercapto, isocyanate, vinyl, allyl, methacryloyloxyl and acryloyloxyl and at least one functional group selected from alkoxysilyl, halosilyl and acetoxysilyl is preliminarily provided on an inner surface of a glass mold, and cast polymerization of a compound having at least two isocyanate groups in one molecule thereof and a compound having at least two hydroxyl groups and/or mercapto groups in one molecule thereof is conducted by use of the glass mold. Thus, the desired film can be molded at a stroke, and can be suitably used as an optical material or for other similar uses. |
