PURPOSE:To provide a device which does not require working accuracy with a simple constitution by providing a rotor into which a sample tube is inserted tiltably to the sample tube. CONSTITUTION:A sample tube 7 is inserted into a cylindrical rotor 11 and the O-ring 13 inserted to the step part 12 of 11 is held. The taper part of a push ring 14 presses the ring 13 in the direction of the tube 7 by its cap 16 screwing to thread part 15. The tube 7 is fixed to the rotor 11 in such a manner as not to be able to move in the length direction. The cap 16 and ring 14 are held by a gas bearing 17. The tube 7 is tiltable to a certain degreed with respect to its central axis Z with the portion in contact with the ring 13 as a fulcurm. When the rotor 11 is floated and is run at a high speed by blowing air through air blow-out hole 20, the rotor 11, cap 16, ring 14 tilt in the direction of negating the unbalance of revolutions owing to the insufficiency in the manufacturing accuracy per se, thus enabling the revolutions of the rotor including the tube 7 to be made smooth. |
