PURPOSE:To achieve the improvement of recording quality and thermal efficiency by specifying the constitution of electric insulation type substrate disposed with a heating resistor. CONSTITUTION:An electric insulation type substrate to be disposed with a heating resistor 23 is formed by covering a material layer 22 of small heat conductivity such as glass, forsterite or other over the entire circumference of a round bar body composed of a material of large heat conductivity such as alumina ceranics and other ceramics materials, metals, carbon rods or other. Then the heat flow escaping from the round bar body 21 to the substrate side assumes a state thermally close to a closed loop owing to the existence of the material layer 22 of small heat conductivity and the adequate total heat effect is shown, whereby the occurrence of trailing and uneven densities at the continuous recording is prevented and heat efficiency improved. |
