A double pivoted door hinging device capable of opening and/or shutting on both sides, was comprised of a male hinge(A) with a bar piece(9) between both disc-shaped base plates (8,8') and a female hinge (B) attached the C-shaped cylindrical member (12) which had a cut groove (11) and opened at both ends. After the male hinges (A) and the female hinges (B) were attached to the door and doorframe respectively. Irregardless of from which side the door opened, coupled hinges attached to the opposite side functioned as a rotating shaft.
