<p>The seed drill has one or more wheels travelling over the ground (13) and a tank (41) containing the seeds in suspension, and a coulter (32). A peristaltic pump (37, 38) connected at one end to the tank, and discharge through a pipe, whose mouth (40A) is supported behind the coulter, and higher than the bottom part of the latter. A bar (35) can be dragged behind the pipe to cover the seed, and the pump can be coupled to the wheel so as to be driven by it at a proportional speed. It can comprise a number of rollers mounted on the wheel and compressing a hose section of the pipe.</p> |
