PURPOSE:To reduce considerably waste powder resin amount by precoating part of contaminated pulverized resin after eliminating contaminants therein at least as a part of new pulverized resin. CONSTITUTION:Waste water containing contaminated pulverized resin discharged from the desalting type filter 9 to back wash receiving tank 21 allows to eliminate clad with the clad elimination device 29 to regenerate the resin as circulating through pipes 27, 28 with pump 22, valve 28A, clad eliminator 29 and pipe 30. On the other hand, for precoating new pulverized resin on the desalting type filter new pulverized resin 31 is poured into the precoat tank 75, and slurry containing this resin is precoated as circulating through pipe 32 with pump 26, valve 23, desalting type filter 9, pipe 33, valve 24. |
