PURPOSE:To increase the number of switching at one time by the procedure in which the defference between reactive power and upper and lower set values for switching capacitors is multiplied by a predetermined factor, the product obtained is divided by the unit capacity of capacitor, and then the result is added to the decided number. CONSTITUTION:The reactive power VAR is memorized in the work area WK(5), and the work area WK cedices whether VAR is smaller than the lower limit set value SL(10). The product obtained from multiplying WK-SL by a predetermined factor k1 is divided by the unit capacity Co, and then a whole number of the result is added to the number counter CU(15). Then, it is decided whether VAR is greater than the upper limit set value SR(20). The product obtained from multiplying WK-SR by a predetermined factor k2 is devided by the unit capacity Co and then a whole number of the result is added to the number counter(25). The capacitor Co of the unit capacity is closed or broken by the 2 deg. bit of the counter CU, and the capacitor of the 2<n>; Co capacity is closed or broken by 2<n> bit(30). Thus, it is possible to make the response speed for preventing the occurrence of reactive power faster. |
