Metallic letters fabrication method - involves cutting one limb of metal L=section with paint or decoration already applied

The method uses L-shaped metal angle and a metal cutting machine. One branch (1) of the metal angle forms an anchoring surface which is used to hold the angle during the cutting operation forming a character (3). The metal angle is prepainted or decorated before cutting and can be made of aluminium, copper, tin or synthetic resin. Only those parts of the material to be removed are worked by the material cutter. The character formed is both balanced and stable for its dimensions are exactly those of the anchoring surface.
